  17. === Unfortunately, LogTick 3.0 will NOT be able to use your LogTick 3.0

  21. Create a new subdirectory, for example "LOGTICK3"

  23. Put the following files in the newly created subdirectory (LOGTICK3):

  26.     logtickr.exe    LogTick Requester
  27.     logtick.hlp    LogTick Help file
  28.     changes.txt    document, describes changes since previous release(s)
  29.     install.txt    document, describes the installation procedure
  30.     readme.txt    read this file before installing or running LogTick
  31.     register.rtf    document, describes the registering procedure (rich text format)
  32.     register.txt    document, describes the registering procedure (plain text format)
  33.     alarm.wav    Sound file, suggested file to use for the alarm function
  34.     dr_open.wav    Sound file, suggested file to use for the timer-start event
  35.     dr_close.wav    Sound file, suggested file to use for the timer-stop event

  37. If you havenÆt got following files yet, put them in your \windows\system subdirectory:

  40.     spin.vbx
  41.     threed.vbx
  42.     commdlg.dll
  43.     ddeml.dll
  44.     inpout.dll
  45.     mmsystem.dll
  46.     msafinx.dll

  48.     vbrun300.dll     should also be in this subdirectory !

  50. Using the Windows Program Manager (menu "File" / "New"),
  51. add the following items to a new or existing program group:

  53.     logtick.exe
  54.     logtickR.exe
  55.  
  56.  
  57. vbrun300.dll Should be installed in your \windows\system directory;
  58. vbrun300.dll will not be in the zip file. It can be obtained from almost 
  59. every BBS or FTP site which distribute MS Windows software.

  61. When starting LogTick 3.0 for the first time, additional files will be 
  62. created in the LogTick subdirectory only.
